Islington Training Hub is dedicated to supporting the local primary and community care workforce, helping them develop their skills to provide the highest quality care to residents across Islington.

We work closely with GP practices, Primary Care Networks (PCNs), and Neighbourhood teams to:

  • Grow and develop their workforce

  • Ensure people have the right skills for their jobs to meet the evolving needs of healthcare.

  • Develop confident, diverse and local leaders for health and care.

  • Expand recruitment opportunities to create accessible pathways into primary care roles.

We are proud to be part of an integrated network of local organisations in Islington who work together to deliver joined-up health and care services, workforce planning, and support pathways for residents into employment.

Islington Training Hub is one of five borough delivery partners for the North Central London ICS Training Hub.
