The Islington GP Federation aims to provide patients with the best possible care, but we will sometimes fall short of the mark. If you have any compliments, comments, concerns or complaints about our service we want to hear about them.
Feedback can be provided by calling our Patient Advice & Liaison Line on 020 3859 4959. This line is open between 12 noon and 2pm each weekday.

In all cases, complaints will be dealt with as swiftly and as fairly as possible.
We will acknowledge receipt of a complaint within three working days and a response letter with the outcome of our investigation will be sent within 28 working days. If we are unable to complete our investigation within this period, we will agree an alternative timeframe with you.
