Islington Workforce Practitioner Sessions

Islington Training Hub is committed to supporting the professional development and wellbeing of our local workforce. As part of this, we host monthly peer-support sessions for:

• First Contact Practitioners and Advanced Nurse Practitioners

• Personalised Care roles (Social Prescribers, care coordinators and care navigators).

The monthly sessions are open to those working in general practice across Islington and are designed to build professional networks, learning and support practitioner development.

Each session is planned and led by an educational lead for the workforce group and sessions often include guest speakers who share insights on relevant topics, services and support systems tailored to these roles.
